We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

4. BESTÄLLNINGAR

Innan du slutför och betalar för en beställning kan du granska den och göra ändringar. Du är bunden till din beställning först när du godkänner den och våra allmänna villkor i kassan. En order är bekräftad först när den är mottagen av Små Hjärtan och betalningen har godkänts. Vänligen observera att en beställningen inte är giltig om fakturaadress och leveransadress inte kan verifieras. En digital orderbekräftelse skickas till angiven e-post när du har slutfört ditt köp. Detta är ett kvitto för ditt köp. En digital leveransbekräftelse skickas till angiven mailadress när din beställning har skickats. Detta är ett kvitto för din leverans.

Vi säljer endast varor som vi har i lager. Varor kan komma att sälja slut under ditt besök på smahjartan.se, och aktuell lagerstatus uppdateras automatiskt när du kommer till kassan. Vi kan inte garantera den information som anges på smahjartan.se om enskilda varors tillgänglighet, då varor och lager kan sälja slut. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra/makulera en beställning för det fall lagernivån varit felaktigt angiven vid tidpunkten för beställningen.

5. BETALNING

Vi accepterar betalningar genom MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, PayPal, American Express, Google Pay, Shopify Payments och Klarna. När du betalar med kreditkort hanteras dessa transaktioner av vår betalningspartner Shopify Payments som också garanterar säkerheten. Totalsumman för ordervärde, frakt och eventuella övriga kostnader kontrolleras och reserveras på ditt betalkort innan beloppet dras.

Priser på smahjartan.se visas i SEK, EUR, GPB eller NOK. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra priserna. Små Hjärtan är inte ansvariga för eventuella valutaförändringar eller valutakurser.

6. LEVERANS OCH FRAKT

Leveranstid är beroende på leveransland och val av fraktalternativ. Din order behandlas inom 1-3 dagar med vissa undantag såsom tex inventering, helgdagar och rea. Små Hjärtan tar ej ansvar för eventuella förseningar orsakade i tullhantering.

Om en leverans är försenad eller inte kan skickas på grund av lagersaldo eller andra skäl kommer du att informeras om detta så snart möjligt. Du erbjuds då möjligheten att makulera beställningen utan kostnad och för det fall du väljer att göra det återbetalar vi dig fullt ut.

6.1 FRAKTKOSTNAD OCH VALUTA

Fraktkostnaden anges i SEK, EUR, GPB eller NOK och bestäms utifrån paketets vikt och leveransland.

6.2 EJ UTHÄMTADE PAKET

Små Hjärtan ansvarar inte för paket som du inte hämtar ut efter leverans hos postombud. Du kommer då att debiteras 225 kr för returfrakt och administrativa kostnader.

6.3 TULLAVGIFTER

Beställningar till länder utanför EU kan bli föremål för mervärdesskatt, importtullar och/eller skatter som debiteras när paket når mottagarlandet. Dessa bestäms först när paketet ankommer till lokala tullen i leveranslandet. Små Hjärtan kan inte förutse eller kontrollera dessa avgifter. För beställningar till Norge rekommenderar vi att du kontakta ditt lokala tullkontor för mer information om regler och avgifter. Det är kundens ansvar att betala extra avgifter för eventuell tullklarering.

6.4 TRANSPORTSKADOR/UTEBLIVNA VAROR

Om du vid mottagande av ditt paket upptäcker att försändelsen är transportskadad ska detta reklameras omgående till PostNord. Detta gäller både vid hemleverans och när du själv hämtar paketet hos ett ombud. Om du vid uppackning upptäcker att innehållet är skadat eller att varor saknas, är du skyldig att som kund kontakta Små Hjärtans kundservice senast inom 7 kalenderdagar från mottagandet. Ange då ditt ordernummer samt ärendenummer från paketombudet. Vid returtransporter av produkter bär kunden det ekonomiska ansvaret om produkterna blir skadade eller inte kommer fram.

6.5 FELAKTIGA VAROR/INFORMATION

Om vi skulle skicka felaktiga eller skadade varor, förbehåller vi oss rätten att få tillbaka alla varor i det skick du tog emot dem. Du måste returnera den felaktiga varan till oss inom 14 dagar och frakten bekostas då av Små Hjärtan.

Om en vara skulle visas och säljas till ett felaktigt pris på smahjartan.se som uppstått på grund av tekniska problem eller misstag från vår personal, förbehåller vi oss rätten att makulera beställningen, återbetala pengarna och informera kunden om situationen.

7. RETUR OCH ÅNGERRÄTT

Läs vår Returpolicy. Som kund inom EU har du rätt att ångra ditt köp mot giltigt kvitto inom 14 kalenderdagar efter att du mottagit dina varor. Produkten måste returneras i säljbart skick i originalförpackning och med alla eventuella hangtags kvar. Alla returnerade varor skickas, efter att du först kontaktat oss via mail eller telefon och erhållit nödvändig information, till den adress vi anger. Oidentifierade objekt som returneras kan nekas återbetalning. Returer som är skadade, smutsiga, tvättade eller slitna godtas ej. Små Hjärtan står inte för returfrakt. Som kund utanför EU har du rätt att ångra ditt köp mot giltigt kvitto inom 30 kalenderdagar efter att du mottagit dina varor.

7.1 REKLAMATION

Om du upptäcker ett produktionsfel kan varorna reklameras mot giltigt kvitto eller betalningsunderlag. Produkt som skadats till följd av slitage anses inte vara felaktig. Om möjligt erbjuder vi att reparera defekta produkter. Om det inte går att reparera eller produkten inte längre är tillgänglig har du rätt till full återbetalning inklusive frakt- och returkostnader. Vid godkända reklamationer står vi för alla extra kostnader. Små Hjärtan följer Konsumentköplagen vid reklamationer, för mer information besök konsumentverket.se.

7.2 ÄNDRING AV ORDER

När du slutfört ett köp och fått en orderbekräftelse börjar vi behandla ordern i vårt system och på vårt lager. När paketet lämnat lagret finns det ingen möjlighet att ändra i din order. Om du upptäcker fel i angivna kontaktuppgifter är det din skyldighet att kontakta oss. Vi ansvarar inte för en beställning som skickats till en av kunden felaktigt uppgiven adress.

7.3 BYTEN AV VAROR

Vid eventuella önskemål om byten av varor, vid till exempel en felbeställning av vara eller storlek ber vi er kontakta oss via mail.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Vid händelse av force majeure skjuts våra förpliktelser genom smahjartan.se upp. Vid händelse av force majeure har både kund och Små Hjärtan rätt att häva, helt eller delvis, eventuella avtal utan någon skyldighet att betala skadestånd eller fullfölja några förpliktelser. Med force majeure avses i regel t ex naturkatastrofer, krig, strejker, import/exportförbud, transportstörningar samt sjukdom, oavsett om detta inträffar hos oss som företag eller hos våra leverantörer.

9. BEDRÄGERI

Vi förbehåller sig rätten att avbryta och återbetala alla beställningar som kan misstänkas vara genomförda på ett bedrägligt eller på annat sätt skadligt sätt, i syfte att garantera säkerheten för våra kunders transaktioner via smahjartan.se. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att vid behov även vidarebefordra transaktionsinformation om så efterfrågas till myndighet eller betalningspartner vid misstanke om bedrägliga transaktioner eller identitetsstöld. Individer som bryter mot sådana regler eller mot begränsning av lösenordskyddade områden på smahjartan.se kan bli föremål för åtal.
